This is **Proof-of-Biometric-Uniqueness**.\
A Sybil-resistance rooted in the unforgeable.\
No duplicates. No emulations.\
Consensus enforced by the laws of human uniqueness.

Power cannot be accumulated  -\
It can only be maintained through continued existence.
